Unfortunately, our e-mails very often land in your spam/junk mail folder! If you do not receive a reply from us, this is the most probable reason. Please check your spam regularly if you are expecting a reply from us! Also, please make sure that your spam box/junk folder is NOT set to delete all spam automatically and immediately, otherwise you may be deleting our replies without seeing them too. Your username name and password are CaSe SeNsiTiVe (letter "a" is NOT the same as "A") and must be entered in exactly the same way as when you joined. Please be careful not to accidentally include extra space characters either before or after you username or password. The easiest way is to copy & paste them from the subscription confirmation you received by email.
If you have a valid membership and you're getting an error message when trying to login that states that you are 'Forbidden Access' or 'Access is Denied', this means that the site's security system may have changed your password. Your account may have been hacked or stolen in which case a new password will have been automatically mailed to you. If you have not received an e-mail with your new password, please check your spam/junk mail folder and try our password retrieval service. If you cannot find our mail or successfully retrieve your current password, please contact Customer Support using the link below, who will send you your new pass again manually.
